2214 Saddlewren Lane

A true Fairmount craftsman with the porch everyone slows down to look at. Original wood door, tapered porch columns and room for two rocking chairs out front. Inside, the living room centers on a fireplace with built-ins on both sides, and the kitchen was opened up with an island, quartz counters and stainless appliances while keeping the house’s character. Two bedrooms share a hall bath, and the primary has its own bath with a walk-in shower. Out back, a deep yard with a detached garage. Walk to Magnolia Avenue for coffee and dinner.
